HR and employment update from myHRdept

JCHR’s HR partner has published its latest HR and employment law update in video and written formats.

This edition covers sexual harassment (and ‘that kiss’), the risks and mitigations of dismissing foreign employees working under visas & a £100K tribunal award.

Also available (to retained clients of myHRdept or JCHR) is a comprehensive due diligence training pack concerning (not surprisingly!) sexual harassment in the workplace – the pack contains a 10 minute staff education video, emails and an employer’s due diligence defence briefing document, which contains advice on how to risk assess the chances of sexual harassment occurring in yuor organisation.

You can access the email and video format of the briefing by clicking here (link takes you to myHRdept website).

If you’re thinking of outsourcing your HR, payroll or employment law needs, why not contact JCHR? Call us on 01635 553 299, email us at info@jCHR.uk, or contact us via our website and we’ll call you back.
