HR and employment update from myHRdept

JCHR’s HR partner has published its latest HR and employment law update in video and written formats.

This edition covers 2 recent tribunal decisions relating to disability discrimination, the newly announced increase to the National Living wage, an update on sexual harassment due diligence, increased fines (to £60K) for employing illegal workers and increased visa costs scheduled for 2024.

We are advising employers to undertake audits of their right to work (RTW) documentation. All retained clients of JCHR (payroll and HR) or myHRdept (HR only) have support hours built into their contracts which can be used for remote or on-site audits of RTW and other key employment information – please contact the HR team on enquiries@myhrdept.co.uk or call 01628 820515 to arrange an audit.

You can access the email and video format of the HR and employment law roundup  by clicking here (link takes you to myHRdept website).
