Employment law and HR update, June 2023

myHRdept employment law and HR update now available

myHRdept’s June HR and employment law update is now available, in written and video formats, you can access either from http://bit.ly/46d9FcL. As well as a legislative update the HR team cover this month’s due diligence training topic of workplace bullying, something that 1 in 4 UK workers surveyed by ACAS said they had suffered from.

To inform and train managers and staff in how to recognise and report bullying, myHRdept have released a training and information toolkit, free to retained HR customers, to help inform employees and managers and reduce the risk of vicarious liability claims against employers.

The toolkit is available from the Client Area accessed top right of myHRdept’s homepage www.myhrdept.co.uk.

myHRdept provide quality outsourced HR services, and have been doing so for 21 years. Through a joint venture with JC payroll clients can now enjoy high quality HR and payroll support for one convenient monthly charge.
